"Todd Young, Barbara and Eliajune have always been class people. Whenever I call the office I am never rushed or feel hurried on the or in person. I recently had a claim due to the winter weather. When I called the office I was put in contact with my adjuster within 20 minutes. I also received an email from Todd checking to see in things went well. Todd and his staff are the banner for good (great) customer service. There is no other insurance company or agent and office staff I would deal with. I am proud to say I have been a customer with Todd for over 21 years and I have NO intention of changing. So, if you like good personal service, excellent customer service and fair rates give Todd a call. I am very pleased with his agency."

"I purchased a home last year and it was time to renew my homeowners insurance. I really wasn’t interested in the car insurance but they pushed for me to bundle, against my better judgement I did. Like I said I only wanted the homeowners. Fast forward to a month later, everything is done and finalized. I get a call stating they are dropping me due to my car type or pay to have some system put in. What a joke State Farm! Now I have already cancelled my other policy and State Farm have left me with nothing. Be careful doing business with them and their partners. They will take your money then drop you and leave you feeling like it’s your fault. I am highly disappointed with State Farm and their associates."

"Got unsolicited calls from this guys office without requesting a quote. Dunno where he gets his leads or what company sold him the info but he surely did not get it from me. Updating my review after the response I received. -I was not looking for insurance. I had cancelled insurance thru Allstate - which is where I assume this lead generated from because of their terrible service. I had already signed up with new insurance directly and did not fill out any of those - “Get a quote now and we’ll give you the best price” internet sites. And this was back in the spring so your leads are outdated! Be sure to let Insurance Quotes know! This company sent a follow up text after I left this review. Please stop texting people who are not your customers and did not explicitly give you their phone number. Everyone should stay far away from Todd at State Farm."

"Todd Young gave me two hours of his time. We went over my home and auto coverage line-by-line, finding a few deficiencies. I'm 76, and no agent has ever done this. BTW, I would recommend this process for everyone - yes, it takes some time, but you don't know what may show up in a review."

"I have had my car insurance with Todd Young for 11 years. He and his office staff are always incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding, and Todd always makes sure that we are getting the most out of our insurance. He is available any time I have any questions about my insurance policy no matter how big or small. I've gone through 3 or 4 car accidents/claims with Todd's office and I have always felt like they actually cared about making sure that everything was going well and that it was as convenient for me as that unfortunate situation can be. He even sends us holiday cards. I don't plan on ever changing insurance agents and I highly recommend Todd Young to everyone!"
